First, we would like to thank our clientele for their continued support of the “best salon in the area”.

The reason we know this is because we are pleased to announce that we have won the:

 Customer Excellence Award for 2007.

This award is made on behalf of our clients as it is your comments and recommendations that allowed us to win this accolade.

The salon continues to gain strength and popularity.  In 2008 we have seen a marked increase in both numbers of clients and bookings.

The bad news; Francesca Middleton no longer works with us, she left for personal reasons.  We miss her talents and mild manner and wish her every success in the future.  This has resulted in us looking for new staff to allow us the flexibility to provide the treatments you want and when you want them.  We will announce the new member of staff when the appointment is confirmed.

If business continues to increase at the rate it has so far in 2008 we will increase the staff level as necessary, so watch this space!

The February Special promotion was so popular that we extended it through March.  An hour and a half’s pampering for £39.95.  Our April promotion will be announced shortly – everyone will be receive a text message and/or and email.

Wellbeing Wednesday is becoming more popular now.  Clients are trying out our holistic treatments and coming back for more.

The salon has a policy of continually training and retraining our staff, recent training includes:

• Laura and Hayley on Thai Massage;
• Terri and Laura on Hollywood Eyelash Extensions;
• Laura and Hayley on Advanced Electrolysis;
• Terri, Laura and Hayley on CACI Body Sculpting.

The new therapies are also taking off nicely especially Thai Massage and Hollywood Eyelash Extensions.  The PediSpa Chair has proven a real hit with our clients too.

Ear-piercing is back in fashion; we have had a significant increase in bookings.

The wedding and prom season seems to be in full swing with more appointments for Bridal and Special Occasion Makeup, Facials and Spray Tans.

The salon continually restocks to maintain its full range of Guinot, Dermalogica, Nailtiques and Creative (including some vibrant new colours) products.

Easter is approaching rapidly, our Easter Holiday opening hours are Good Friday – Open all day normal hours, Saturday – normal hours, Tuesday 25^th March – Closed all day, Wednesday 26^th March – Closed all day and then back to normal from Thursday 27^th March.

The salon’s treatments folders in the reception area are proving useful.  Clients can now see everything that the salon offers.
