If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If it is less than 24 hrs, then 50% with be charged for the treatment. Cancellations on the day will be 100% chargeable.
Arrival
Please try and arrive on time for your appointment. Late appointments may be shortened as a courtesy to other client’s appointments. If you have not been with us before, please arrive 15 minutes prior to you treatment time, to fill in any necessary consultation sheets applicable to your treatment.
Payment
Cash, cheques, credit and debit cards are accepted.
Medical Conditions
When filling out your Consultation Form for treatments, it advises you to let us know if you have any medical conditions, as some conditions may prevent you from having certain treatments. Also we ask for us to be advised regarding medicines being taken. Your complete honesty would be appreciated. Any information will be kept strictly confidential.
Pregnancy
Even if no one else knows, please let us know if you are pregnant prior to any treatment.

All times quoted include Consultation and the treatment.
